The Process

Here is a step-by-step overview of what you can expect as you embark on the journey to becoming a valued franchise owner.

The Planning Process

2 to 8 weeks

The planning phase includes a criminal background check and credit checks, contractual documentation, licensing agreements and the collection of the franchise fee.

The Design Process

2 to 5 weeks

Customized for your space, the design phase includes visual planning of your store, permits, audits and opening of various supplier accounts. Customized for your store, this portion also includes ordering uniforms for your team, required equipment and décor. It includes Marketing integration for your store and training for your employees.

The Renovation Process

3 to 5 weeks

This phase includes the renovation of the store or in some cases, the construction of a new location. It includes the installation of all equipment, signage and everything needed to successfully get the store open and ready for business. This also includes corporate, operational and technical training for all staff.

The Launch Process

1 to 2 weeks

The launch phase includes the start of a marketing plan to get you on the map, as well as all the in-store operational & sales training.
